Introduction

Please read the following terms & conditions of the Tefore Limited online service agreement carefully. By accessing the information on the Tefore Limited site you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions do not access the Tefore Limited site. All references to Tefore Limited in this agreement shall include the www.tefore-kitchens.co.uk website.

Contract Formation

Any order you make through the Tefore Limited website is subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.

Product prices are correct at the time the information is entered, however we reserve the right to change any prices without prior notice.

The contract to purchase a product or products is made when Tefore Limited has received your submitted shopping basket form and has confirmed, via email, acceptance of your order.

Making a Purchase

All orders are to be paid in UK Pounds and payment is taken from your account once your order has been received by Tefore Limited.

You can order via the internet or by calling our office on 01527 518 188.

You can also order by post, paying by cheque or postal order payable to TEFORE LIMITED or cash. Our address can be found on the Contact Us page.

We recommend you send any cheques/postal orders or cash by recorded delivery as Tefore Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss.

Making a purchase on the Tefore Limited website could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items you wish to buy, then scroll down the page and add your required size/style/colour and quantity then click the button marked ‘Add to Basket’.

If you want to continue shopping you can do so by adding additional items into your basket. If you enter an item into your basket and no longer require it just amend the quantity of that particular item to zero (0) and click the update button to refresh your shopping basket. Once you have completed you shopping click the ‘Checkout’ option.

You will then be asked for the address details we need to be able to fulfil your order. We can deliver to an alternative contact/address but this MUST be specified at the time of order otherwise you will be subject to a re-delivery fee.

Finally you will be asked your preferred payment method, either with your credit/debit card, cheque or UK postal orders or by using your PayPal account.

Once your payment has been accepted you will be sent an order confirmation via email with your unique order number for your own records. Note if you choose to pay by Cheque/Postal Orders or cash then remember to send off your order form and email confirmation with the payment. Please allow at least 7 days for your payment to be cleared if paying by personal cheque.

Delivery

All our doors and components are made to order to your specifications. Due to this, from completion of order to delivery is usually 4 weeks. A fast track order is available - please contact us regarding this. Smaller items such as handles, hinges and drawer systems are always in stock, so these can normally be sent within 3 working days. All deliveries will be confirmed with customer before dispatch.

All UK mainland orders over 1kg in weight are sent by courier or our own transport. Contact details will be required to arrange delivery. On the day of delivery a signature for the courier will be required. If pre-arranged delivery is not possible then a re-delivery fee will be applicable. All items under 1kg will be sent via royal mail either recorded or special delivery and a signature will be required. Delivery costs are based on 10% of the order with a £30 minimum delivery charge. Delivery charges for all orders over £750 will be capped at £75.00. Smaller one-off items such as handles and hinges will be stated on order.

Please note that on delivery of your doors and components it is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of all packing materials and pallets. Our couriers are not responsible for this.

If you are lucky enough to live in the country side please advise us before placing a order if access to your property is limited. Generally our deliveries are in larger vehicles. If the courier cannot make delivery due to not having access then collection from the vehicle or their depot will be required.

Faulty items

All doors and components supplied by Tefore carry a 36 month guarantee. In the unlikely event that a fault should occurs we will replace / repair the item free of charge. If the replacement item is discontinued an alternative item will be offered

Returns policy

If an item is delivered faulty or damaged the seller is not liable for replacement unless the damage is either noted on the courier’s delivery note or reported to Tefore within 48 hours of delivery.

Tefore Limited will not accept responsibility for loss of any product being returned by the customer. Therefore we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery as you are then guaranteed a signature. If you do not choose to use recorded delivery then it is imperative that you obtain a free certificate of postage which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any return parcels go astray.
